vs Hurricane - demolishes it. Faster than a non-nano shield cane, and the medium ecm drones keep the cane jammed quite a bit - allowing you to kill it or gtfo if backup shows up.
vs myrm - any bc against a myrm will have trouble breaking a good active tank - just kite it and try to outlast it, and it's trivial to gtfo if you can't.
vs drake - yeah, the drake is the best bc, you won't be beating a well flown drake.
Generally, you want to kite the enemy around 20km. It's a nice ship to learn to nano in since the ecm drones will most of the time save you if you **** up and get within web/scram range. Use scorch, always be pumping cap boosters to keep your cap up.
If you have AWU V, a PG4 and a kza2000, you can fit a medium gremlin neut in the highs and quite handily take on frig fleets too.
Basically you suck and don't ever do what this guy did.
There's 2 general ways to go with the harb.
A. shield nano B. Armor
Shield is all about ganking with scorch.

^The above is for ganking the snot out of opponents in GANGS with logi at 20km (hence resists). Drones you can go valks/hammers or ewar as well. If your skills blow you can remove a heat sink and put it in a pdu in the low with a dcu2. Feel free to go 2 lse when you're doing solo work.

^The above fit is great for solo-roaming. If you're looking for a fit that it is more gang-orientated just remove the mar and stick on an adaptive nano membrane. Mid-slots can be played with, but w/e.
With the recent changes , carry conflag to brawl down drakes/bs's if you need to go close range but use MF for most things.
